Privacy
What this site collects, what it does not, and what you can ask for.

The short version
Reset RN collects very little. There are no advertising cookies and nothing is sold to data brokers. Please do not send health information through this site.
What is collected
- Page analytics. A privacy-light analytics service records page views, referring site, approximate country, and device type in aggregate. It does not set advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you across other websites.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, the host keeps standard request records such as IP address, timestamp, and page requested, for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. These are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
- What you choose to send. If you subscribe, comment, fill in a form, or email, Reset RN receives whatever you put in it, such as your name and email address, and uses it to reply to you or to send what you signed up for.
Please do not send health information
Reset RN is not your healthcare provider and this site is not a HIPAA-covered service. Do not send personal health information, medical records, test results, photos of a medical concern, or medication details through this site, its forms, its comments, or its email. Anything you send may not be private, cannot receive a clinical response, and is not kept as a medical record. Take health questions to your own clinician.
Email and newsletter
If you subscribe, your address is used to send the newsletter and occasional updates about Reset RN, including offers and affiliate recommendations. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. Your address is not sold, rented, or traded.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work correctly and to count page views in aggregate. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time, and the site will still work.
Payments
No payments are accepted on this site today. When the shop opens, card details will be handled entirely by a dedicated payment provider under its own privacy terms. Full card numbers are never seen or stored by theresetrn.com.
Service providers
A small number of providers make the site work, including hosting, analytics, and, in future, email delivery and payment processing. They may process limited information on Reset RN’s behalf and only for that purpose. Reset RN does not sell or share personal information for anyone else’s marketing.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed to children. Reset RN does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent information, write to the address below and it will be deleted.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and the request will be handled within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and those requests are honoured on the same basis.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to anything collected is limited. No website can promise perfect security, and information is sent to this site at your own risk.
Changes
This notice will be updated as the site grows, particularly before the shop and newsletter open. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
